    Responsibilities

    Job Opportunity: Product Support Advisor

    MAPEI is for recruiting for a few Product Support Advisors to work in our Technical Services department as MAPEI product experts. The Product Support Advisor is the backbone of MAPEI’s client support, from a technical standpoint, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for troubleshooting any product and service inquiries.

     

    What we’ll expect of you:

    • Support MAPEI’s customer inquiries via phone, social media online chat and via email
    • Provide technical support for MAPEI’s tile and stone (grouts and mortars) and floor covering products (adhesives)
    • Provide a friendly and professional persona to our clients and customers to alleviate any stress in troubleshooting customer inquiries 

    Qualifications

    Things you’ve likely accomplished:

    • Several years of experience working in the construction industry or construction expertise (specifically with grouts, mortars and other construction adhesives)
    • Above average expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Expert with typing up to 60WPM (to support online chat and social media customer inquiries)
    • Excellent verbal and written commutation
