    MAPEI is for recruiting for a Product Technical Support Advisor to work in our Technical Services department as MAPEI product experts. The Product Support Advisor is the backbone of MAPEI’s client support, from a technical standpoint, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for troubleshooting any product and service inquiries.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Resolve customer complaints, process goodwill settlements according to current limit and direct claims to appropriate personnel.
    • Support field technical inquiries by phone, email and other electronic means received at corporate headquarters.
    • Review and assist with written technical recommendations.
    • Provide Leads to the Sales force as opportunities arise through customer interactions.
    • Partipiacte in traninging educating other departments on the use of MAPEI products through pre-recorded webinars.
    • Track trends by documenting Cases in CRM.
    • Review and make recommendations on technical data sheets/packaging when requested.
    • Evaluate and provide feedback on new products prior to launch through hands-on application work as assigned.
    • Represent MAPEI on Technical committees. 
    • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
    • Maintain high standards of personal ethics, supporting MAPEI’s standards.
    • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
    • Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.


    Job Requirements

    • Experience working in the construction industry or construction expertise (specifically with grouts, mortars and other construction adhesives)
    • Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Ability to type to support online chat and social media customer inquiries.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
