    MAPEI is actively recruiting for a Corporate EHS Manager that will manage the environmental, health, safety and security compliance and regulations within MAPEI Corporation. The Corporate EHS Manager will be the leader for MAPEI in developing processes, documentation and ensuring compliance for all EHS programs.


    What we’ll expect of you:

    • Manage all environmental, health, safety and security programs, regulations, compliance, administration and training for MAPEI Corporation
    • Manage up to four (4) direct reports and ten (10) indirect reports including Management level staff
    • Assist in maintaining our Quality Management System including compliance with current OSHA, ISO, NFPA, TSCA, DOT, DHS, IASA, IMO, EPA and IEPA guidelines
    • Internal auditing of up to sixteen (16*) manufacturing and office facilities for compliance (*we’re constantly growing and this number will increase)
    • Manage inquiries from government entities to ensure nonconformities and noncompliance brought within compliance
    • Analyze new processes and procedure for continuous improvement throughout MAPEI Corporation
    • Administer and train others on EHS regulations and guidelines


    • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field
    • 15+ years’ experience in implementing and managing EHS programs within a manufacturing environment
    • 10 years’ experience managing multiple manufacturing EHS programs and multiple manufacturing sites
    • Expert with environmental, health safety and security programs and regulations
    • EHS Certifications: CSP, CET, CIH, or REM (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Environmental Trainer, Certified Industrial Hygienist, or Registered Environmental Manager).
